i always thought that making the skiff a more defensive ala lowsec/0.0 orientated miner. 1 turret fair size cargo hold but with a good tank (more lows for resist mods/plates reps) 1/3/6 resist bonus? cap recharge? ________

yeah i ran about 18 jumps into 0.0 and activation delay is still there, not as bad as it was, but its still enough that i have to press cloak 2-3 times. ________
